FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are your classes for all fitness levels?

    Yes! *With the exception of our FORCE class* our classes are designed to help the new client ease into something new, and provide motivation & results. And they also extend to the fitness guru looking to achieve peak performance through a challenging, varied and intense workout.

  • What should I bring?

    Our location has 2 oversized bathrooms, including 2 separate showers (in the Hoboken location), to refresh yourself after class and lockers to safely store your belongings. For your convenience, we provide sweat towels and floor mats, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

    We recommend…

    • WATER! You will NEED it! We sell water at our location, which can be reserved and waiting for you on your bike when you arrive. Our water bottle sales benefit FIT RxN’s selected foundation, Running through Walls. (A non-profit pediatric cancer foundation promoting wellness for children, adolescents, and emerging adults fighting their battles with cancer and life after cancer.)
  • When should I arrive for my class?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes PRIOR to the class to allow time for new student paperwork, sign in, getting oriented, and set up for class. Arriving late can disrupt and potentially delay the start of class, so please be respectful of others. If the class has started, you will NOT be allowed to enter and your class purchase will be forfeited without a refund. If a class has a full roster and you have not checked in at least 5 minutes before it begins, your spot may be given away to someone on a waiting list. Again, in this instance, your purchase will be forfeited without a refund.

    Please know that you will be required to fill out the new student form and sign the waiver & liability document PRIOR to starting class. We encourage you to do this online to save time.

  • What happens if my plans change?

    We hope that you are able to attend all of the classes you plan for, but we understand that things happen and you might have to cancel. We are happy to credit you for any classes canceled prior to 5pm the day BEFORE the scheduled class. You will be charged the full price of the class if canceled after 5pm.

    FIT RxN requires a cancellation notice by 5pm prior to the day of your reserved class or it is a forfeiture of that class. This gives others ample time to register and arrange their schedules, and helps our instructors prepare for their class. You can cancel your class by clicking on the cancel button when you log into your account, or by

    If you cancel by 5pm the day prior to your class, your class will be credited back to your bank. If you do not cancel by 5pm the day prior to your class, your class will be forfeited.

    Unlimited Clients: (Late Cancellations or No Shows) • Will be charged $15.00 to their credit card on file
