This is how our Nation’s military trains! HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) and AMRAP’s (As Many Reps As Possible) are the basis for a puke & rally class. Your strength, endurance, cardio and mental stability will all be checked. Will you Go H.A.M. or Go Home?

FIT Kids

Build healthy habits and a FIT lifestyle right from the start! These classes are designed to strengthen your child’s coordination, flexibility and body awareness. A variety of training drills will build their ability to control & strengthen their bodies, utilizing functional movements and equipment such as TRX, SandBells and other fun tools. Children aged 6+ will absolutely love this class!

Mommy Strong

First, congratulations! Now, let’s keep you FIT & Fabulous! Bring your baby for this class (if you want) and we’ll use the little one as added weight to work on keeping your Core tight, arms sexy, and legs long and lean. It’s time to find time for YOU…Because “You’re #WORTHIT”


Want to take your fitness to a whole new level? FIT HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is our most innovative class, merging a full body workout with CARDIO! HIIT is designed to keep your heart rate and caloric burn pumping. You’ll spend 45 minutes in the Catalyst room, rocking out between TRX, Sandbells, KettleBells, Slam Balls, Rogue Boxes, mats and more, all to your favorite adrenaline pumping music!


Compliment your training at FIT in our YoStretch class designed with the combination of foam-rolling, stretching, breathing techniques and movements to regain the flexibility you were born with, this class will make you feel better than you knew you could.

TEEN Sweat

Have fun, meet new friends and build healthy habits in our TEEN Sweat classes! These classes are designed with teens in mind: great music, high energy and functional training that will get the teens moving, sweating and building strength and endurance.

**TEEN Sweat classes and Personal Training may be eligible for Gym class credits in school.
