What do you like most about working out at FIT RxN and training with Mr. Ray?
You never know what to expect when working out with Ray. Each time he changes the exercises and the parts of the body he wants you to work.

Do you have specific fitness goals? Have they changed at all?
We started just to lose weight and feel good now we want to be buff.

What’s it like taking classes together?
It’s interesting. One of us makes a lot of noises and grunts and the other laughs at the one making the sounds.

Are you (or your friends) noticing any changes in yourself since you started taking classes?
Yes everyone asks us if we did something with our hair.

What is your proudest moment so far in a class at FIT RxN?
Our proudest moment was when one of us was bear crawling under the pike of the other. It was exhausting.

What’s the next thing you’d like to accomplish at FIT RxN?
Be in such good shape that we’re on the cover of Health Magazine.

What is your favorite exercise to do during a workout?
Our favorite move is the dead bug.
